I was born and raised in central Ohio, and as soon as I could hold a pencil I was drawing. I quickly discovered cartoons and comics and convinced myself I was going to draw comics for a living. After years of trying I gave up and worked "real jobs" all the while still drawing and painting on the side. Eventually I discovered a new passion in tattooing. I started professionally tattooing in 2012. 1 soon opened Rose City Tattoo in 2015 in Springfield, Ohio. I have successfully apprenticed two artists who have ongoing careers and have employed around 15 people since I opened. I can do any style when it comes to tattooing, but I specialize in black and grey or color realism and neo-traditional tattoos.
